1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services at Nexus Oil Field Services (OFS), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Nexus Oil Field Services (OFS) provides engineering services and training solutions for the oil and gas industry. Services can be conducted remotely, at client premises, or in a hybrid manner, as agreed upon.

3. Fee and Cost

Fees for training services must be made in advance before the training starts. The training cost may vary for university students, individual professionals, and corporate clients.

4. Training Cancellation

  • If the training is canceled by Nexus OFS, the full amount is reimbursed.
    For online training:
  • Cancellation 1 week before the training starts results in a 50% reimbursement.
  • Cancellation 2 weeks before the online training starts results in a 100% reimbursement.
    For physical training:
  • Cancellation by the client 2 weeks before the training starts results in no reimbursement.
  • Cancellation by the client 1 month before the training starts results in a 50% reimbursement.

5. Payment Method

Payment for training can be made via bank transfer or bank card payment 

6. Engineering Services Payment and Cancellation

Payment and cancellation terms for engineering services will be agreed upon before the work starts.

7. Scope and Deliverables

The scope and deliverables of engineering services will be agreed upon before the project starts. The training scope can be adjusted for corporate group classes to reflect the client needs on mutual agreement.

8. Intellectual Property Ownership

All intellectual property rights related to the services provided by Nexus Oil Field Services (OFS), including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, belong to Nexus Oil Field Services (OFS). Clients may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without our consent.

9. Pricing for University Students, Individual Professionals, and Companies

University students are eligible for special discounted rates. Proof of enrollment may be required.
Individual professionals and companies will be charged at standard rates unless otherwise agreed upon.

10. Terminology and Definitions

  • Nexus OFS: Refers to Nexus Oil Field Services.
  • Client: Refers to the party or entity engaging the services of Nexus OFS.
  • Training: Refers to the educational programs and courses offered by Nexus OFS.
  • Engineering Services: Refers to the technical services related to the oil and gas industry provided by Nexus OFS.
  • Online Training: Refers to training programs conducted over the internet.
  • Physical Training: Refers to training programs conducted in person at a physical location.
  • Standard Rates: Refers to the regular pricing for services offered by Nexus OFS.
  • Special Rates: Refers to discounted pricing available to eligible clients, such as university students.
  • Proof of Enrollment: Documentation or verification confirming a student’s enrollment at a university.
