VSD Advanced Engineering
This course provides comprehensive knowledge on the operation and construction of electrical drives based on inverter technology. Students will review Variable Speed Drive (VSD) parts and functions, understand troubleshooting methods for VSDs, and analyze how to utilize VSD drawings and parts. The training also covers the function of step-up transformers, selecting tap changers, and calculating motor voltage and voltage drop. By the end of the course, students will be able to successfully perform commissioning and startup of electrical drives, equipping them with the essential skills for effective VSD operation and maintenance.
