About Course

Live secession is scheduled on 11 March 2026 at 6:00 pm Dubai time.

This technical session introduces engineers to the fundamentals of transient well behavior and its impact on real production systems. Participants will learn how dynamic events such as well start-up, shut-in, liquid loading, and gas surges influence performance — and why steady-state analysis alone is not enough.

Using Olga, the industry-standard multiphase simulator, the session provides a practical overview of how to model wells, define key inputs, and analyze transient scenarios.

By the end of the event, attendees will understand how to apply dynamic modeling to improve troubleshooting, optimize operations, and reduce production risks in their daily work.
