Nexus OFS successfully conducted an online Well Completion training program for a group of oil and gas professionals based in Uzbekistan, representing a wide range of operating and service organizations across the industry.
The participants brought diverse professional backgrounds to the program and were either currently working in, or had previously supported, major international oil and gas operations. This diversity created a strong learning environment, enabling experience-based discussion and practical knowledge exchange grounded in real-field exposure.
The training was delivered fully online through the Nexus OFS Learning Management System (LMS), allowing participants to develop technical competence in well completion engineering without interrupting their ongoing roles and responsibilities. The flexible digital format enabled self-paced learning alongside structured technical content and interactive sessions.
At the conclusion of the program, participants were awarded Nexus OFS Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certificates, formally recognizing the knowledge and skills gained. These certificates support participants’ long-term professional development and career progression.
