Islamabad, Pakistan — November 2025
Nexus OFS successfully conducted its first official training collaboration in Pakistan with the national oil company OGDCL, marking an important milestone in Nexus OFS’s regional expansion and international partnerships.
The classroom-based training program, titled Well Integrity Management Fundamentals, was delivered from 24 to 28 November 2025 and brought together a group of OGDCL professionals from technical and operational disciplines. The five-day course focused on building a strong foundation in well integrity principles, lifecycle thinking, barrier philosophy, risk identification, and practical field applications relevant to operating environments.
Participants actively engaged in technical discussions, case-based learning, and instructor-led sessions designed to strengthen internal capability and support safe, compliant well operations. The training emphasized practical understanding and engineering judgment, aligning global well integrity concepts with real-world operational challenges faced by national oil companies.
This program represents Nexus OFS’s first formal collaboration with OGDCL, and the delivery was met with strong participation, high engagement, and positive feedback from attendees. Due to the success of the training and the high level of interest demonstrated by OGTI professionals, both organizations have agreed to continue and expand their close collaboration throughout 2026.
Future plans include additional classroom programs, advanced technical modules, and broader knowledge-sharing initiatives aimed at supporting OGDCL capability development objectives.
