Marwa Issa is a seasoned Reservoir Engineer with over a decade of experience in both academia and the oil and gas industry. She holds a Master’s degree in Reservoir Management from Clausthal University of Technology in Germany and a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tripoli, Libya.
Throughout her career, Marwa has held key technical roles at prominent organizations including SLB (Schlumberger), Wintershall, and Sarir Oil Operations. Her expertise spans a wide range of reservoir engineering domains, including reservoir characterization and surveillance, uncertainty analysis, numerical simulation, enhanced oil recovery (EOR), and production forecasting.
Marwa is a certified instructor by NExT in Petrel Reservoir Engineering and ECLIPSE simulation software. She has provided global mentorship and software support to engineers across the world, demonstrating a strong commitment to technical excellence and professional development. Proficient in leading industry tools such as Petrel, OFM, ECLIPSE, NTERSECT, and Kappa, she combines technical depth with practical field experience.
