ESP Installation – Run in Hole
About Course
Instructor led live session scheduled on 27 April to 8 May 2026.
This practical field-oriented course trains installation crews and engineers to run ESP systems correctly and prevent the most common installation-related failures. The program focuses on disciplined RIH practices, motor and protector preparation, pothead connection, phasing procedures, cable handling, and final voltage verification.
Participants will learn how to avoid critical mistakes such as cut O-rings, trapped air in motor or protector, cable damage, bad phasing, splice failures, and lockplate misalignment. The course emphasizes structured installation logic to ensure long-term ESP reliability and reduce early-life failures
