He has also been responsible for developing various knowledge-sharing systems, designing and delivering comprehensive drilling-focused training solutions and optimisation workshops worldwide, consistently achieving stellar scores above 95%. His expertise spans a broad spectrum of topics, from Deep-Water Drilling, Stuck Pipe Prevention to performance optimisation and cultivating a One-Team Mindset.
